Woofstock This Weekend: Fun Free Family Event in Toronto

June 4, 2008

As many of you are aware, Headset Express in Mississauga is always on the lookout for fun, family friendly events in the GTA.

WOOFSTOCK is a huge, FREE event that will be held in the Toronto area this weekend.

Bring your dog  and your camera to the St. Lawrence Market area in Toronto this Sat, June 7th and Sunday June 9th  and prepare to be dazzled by crazy, furry spectacle that is Woofstock.

Even if you do not have a dog, this weekend long event is a great  free event for kids and families. You and your family will see about a gazillion dogs, some in costume, some in outfits that match their owners, and some highly amusing doggie contests and shows (stupid dog tricks is the one I will be attending). I highly suggest sitting at one of the coffee shop patios in the area and watch your kids’ delighted reactions from all of the amusing costumes and antics of dogs (and owners). For extra fun, and just to get in the spirit, download a barking ring tone for your phone.
